With the upcoming series: Yoga Where You Are burning in my brain, I wanted to go back to a few posts that I wrote earlier in the year.  In part to share with those of you considering taking the course, but also as a reminder that yoga is not just a physical practice.

It’s also not about the shape that your body makes in any given pose.  

Yoga is for every BODY because it’s about the sensations you feel in your version of each posture.  It’s about moving with your breath and noticing what comes up along the way.  It’s about self discovery and tuning in.  This is the epitome of my personal teaching philosophy and the reason behind the creation of Yoga Where You Are.
